30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and with all accessories (including certificates, gift boxes, etc.) within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made designs, engraved pieces, or items showing signs of wear/damage are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Log In: Visit «My Orders» and select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
  2. Ship Back: Use our free prepaid return label (available in the US/EU) or ship independently (keep tracking info).
  3. Inspection & Refund: Our warehouse will inspect returns within 3 business days. Approved refunds/exchanges are processed immediately.

Refund Details

  • Original Payment Method: Credit card/PayPal refunds take 3-5 business days; gift card balances are restored instantly.
  • Shipping Costs: Dreamlike covers return shipping for faulty/incorrect items. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible (discounted rates via our prepaid label).

Our Sustainability Pledge

  • Reuse & Recycle: Returned items are sanitized, refurbished, and either donated to charity or repurposed as samples to minimize waste.
  • Eco-Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging when possible—every small step helps us achieve zero-waste goals!
